Has anyone else ever had this?

Just something i was thinking about- i remember a little while ago i was on a social networking site and found somebody's profile with 'their pony' - it was me on my pony with my head convieniently cut out of the picture! and they'd written about 'their pony'. A friend of mine set them straight and it was sorted but just wondered...

Anybody else had similar?

I used to let a girl at my yard ride my pony, I was doing my GCSE's at the time and she was 13, didn't have her own pony etc and seemed really keen so I let her ride him a couple of times a week. I then saw her profile with all the pictures of my pony, by a different name, and a hella load of info about all these amazing things they were doing, and she had photos with me on him saying "the girl who rides him sometimes"..... Well she didn't get another chance to ride him again....

haha , yes i used to let a girl ride my old pony the odd once every once in 2months- and she told everybody it was half hers! then she'd turn up at shows in full riding gear althought i qoute she 'didn't know why' she'd dressed up in jods and hat .

I don't think it really counts but; my cousin (who I see once every 2 years) stole the picture I sent my Grandfather of me jumping, and took it to school saying that she was allowed to ride him all the time, and that her parents were going to buy him for her .... she was 8 and he is 16h it was so obvious she was lying - but pretty cute, she obviously liked the picture

its very wrong - when i shared a horse i asked the owners if she minded me posting pictures of her horse on line before i did - pretty bad and id go mad!!!!!!
