I am nearlly 2yrs later still trying to get my refund! the company who i think is a one man band run by a very hysterical woman who just screams and panicks down the phone! maybe she is fed up with refunds maybe the company is stuggling, but i returned some chaps that were so big you could of got 2 people in them! i received no refund after 21 days waiting so contacted her, to receive so many different lies to get out of refunding me! first they had been worn and were not 'as new' - cpmplete and utter rubbish they were tried on inside over clothes - chaps after all!!- and were far too big and i was disapointed with the quality too - so thin! - the next email claimed they were not folded togther / incorrectly - yet they were sent to me without the zips being done up i.e 2 seperate legs - the next email - claimed the plastic bag they were sent in was missing! - what complete and utter rubbish, i have since thought why should i give in to such bullying and rude and incompetence of running a company! no wonder these chaps can not be found in ANY retailers. the lady is a total hysterical nightmare, she has put the phone down on me twice because - quote ; i am being silly why should she deal with it and then proceeded to say she is up to her neck in it - what the heck! i am a customer or part of the family she thinks she can rant off to!! very strange.
the lesson - all horsey people out there who value the extorionate money it takes to keep up with our expensive love of horses - do NOT BUY FROM WWW.FITFIT.CO.UK you will be ripped off if they donot fit or if you find them poor quality for the job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
