Has anyone ever bought from prequestrian?

Yep always use them never had a problem and there usually cheaper than anywhere else saving me pennies to spend on more things for the Neds x

Poweeanna, oh my that really made me laugh! I am sorry you have experienced such bizarre treatment but I can just imagine john cleese on the end putting on different voices... Maybe the man has multiple personalities?

I have to say I would not order anything equestrian that was needed urgently or likely to be returned online unless I could pick it up myself.... Pretty much everywhere even the big names seems to be disorganised and unreliable! Tack shops will be in business for many years yet I hope...

Have had excellent fast delivery and quite a few bargains from them in the past.

Ordered a rug from them yesterday by normal delivery and it arrived an hour ago. Very impressed.

I think the issue is often with the delivery companies and royal mail/parcel force. I have had issues with lots of big and small names and personal packages.

I've asked for redeliveries which did not appear on the correct day
I have had companies swear there was no one in when it went to a work address to an office that always has people in a building with a fully staffed reception.
I recently had a thing where the company said they had tried to deliver and left a card but there was no card.
I couldn't go online and ask for redelivery as I didn't have the number and could not collect as there was no card. I knew where the parcel was. So I had to wait for another failed delivery to get my card and collect my item. Took a couple of weeks in all.

The company can be the best in the world but once they hand it over to be delivered it's out of their hands.

I tend to go for bargains so if something doesn't fit I can sell it on rather than go through the hassle of returning things.

My Wintec was from there, brand new, excellent condition and fast delivery. Would buy from there again if I needed something

I've bought off them in the past but never had any problems. After reading this though I'm a bit wary of buying anything else! (the power of HHO).

So apparently they record phone calls...I wonder if they ever advise people of this! Pretty sure you're not allowed to record without the other persons knowledge.

I have bought from them on ebay with absolutely no problems, not that I would buy a Wintec saddle, but that is beside the point!
