as title really! i`ve never ridden there but i walked round the course with a friend and didnt really think much of the course as its on a hill going up and down and the fences all seemed a bit squashed together!

so is it worth going or not?

I used to compete there loads when I was at school in Rugby. It is a funny course but jumps well and the organisers are really friendly. Your horse needs to be fit but we never had any problems and it is not as trappy as it used to be with the improvements in the fence construction.

I have quite a different view I'm afraid.

Course is trappy - fences are inconsistent in height so you will go from a tiny fence into a huge one. Combinations not all properly strided out.

Last time I was there (have never been back) everything ran very late and organisers were extremely officius. I had a novice horse who got eliminated at scarey jump down into a hollow (was clear up to there) and they told me to walk home and not jump anything on my way back.
