Yes.
I met a gelding in 2004 or 2005. Noone liked him, he was on a riding school and was born 1991 in Holland, by a great sire and dam (his brothers was GP horses). Anyway, he came to Sweden and my riding school bought him and I met him. He was brown, 165cm and the best thing ever was showjumping. He scared a lot of people (he wanted to go fast
) and one day I asked my boss if I could get him. She said "Yes, he costs 3000 euro". Thats crazy for an old horse with leg-problem and neck-problem and a sore throat. Then she said "But he will be cheaper next year". One year later (summer 2006) I asked again and she said same thing as 2005. But one day she told me "If you want him, you have to buy him now" 3000 euro... No I said, I dont want to pay 3000 euro, I can pay 1000 euro. The day after I came to my work and the vet was there. I asked him if anything had happend and then he told me he was there to put "my horse" to sleep...
