I am putting together a website and I would like some photos of horses/ponies of varying colours. I have taken some pics myself (with owners' permission) but I would like a wider selection of coat colours and types of horses. The photos need to be clear and as large as possible, at least 500 x 500 pixels preferably. I would love some pics of more unusually coloured horses such as cremello, yellow dun etc and I would also like a note to tell me what breed and exact colour your horse is e.g. bright bay, liver chestnut etc.

Finally, you would have to give me permission to use your photos on the website which is currently under construction. If you would like to send me a photo I'd be very grateful. Please PM me for details of where to send photos or for more info if required.

Yes, please all photos will be welcome. I would like to build up a little stock of photos which I can use to illustrate different pages and pregnant mares and mares with foals at foot would be just great!

The website is just for a hobby at the moment. I want to see if I can create one using my own ideas rather than paying a web designer. It will be aimed at novice riders and will (hopefully) give useful information e.g. how to find a good place to learn to ride etc.

confuzzled_horsey, to show the colour to its best advantage a field shot would be best as long as it is clear and fairly close up but a clear ridden shot would be fine too. Thanks.
 
Thanks to everyone who has sent photos so far. Please keep them coming as I would like lots more colours and breeds if possible. I know there is a wide selection of lovely horses of all types on here so don't be shy!!

I can send you a photo of me foal when born, few months later and some more, few more months later. He went from dusky brown/grey to dun and now he is dark bay/black. shall I send them PM.

Thanks Kayleigh. I have had a look and there are some nice pics. If you have a bigger, full body shot of Rocky please PM me as I am still wanting big photos of all sorts of horses in all sorts of colours and with all sorts of markings.

It's me again - unashamedly bumping my post! I just wanted to let everyone who has just come home from work see it and, hopefully, send me photo(s) of your horse(s).

If you have an horse or pony of any colour which you don't mind me using on my forthcoming website please PM me and I will give you my e mail address. Photos need to be clear and at least 600 x 600 pixels preferably. I have lots of beautiful coloured horse pics now but, oddly, I haven't got a single grey! I also need liver chestnut, more duns, bright bay, black, brown, piebald etc. so come on, please let me see all your photos!
