Has anyone got the John Whitaker Pessoa Training System?

I have been looking at getting a Pessoa but they are over £100 and have found the John Whitaker one for £49.95 online.

Has anyone got one and is it as good as the Pessoa??

I changed my Pessoa for an Equi-Ami as it is self-centering which I prefer.

thanks to you all, I was just worried it wasn't up to the quality as it was so much cheaper......I'm really shocked how much they are, especially as you have to buy the roller still

I have the JW, am really pleased with the quality of it and I find it has been beneficial to both my boys.

That was the main reason I went for the JW version. Personally I don't see a difference really. I've used both types and I wouldn't spend the extra money on the Pessoa version. I also wouldn't go for the really cheap ones off ebay just in case but it's personal opinion.

i think mine is, the roller is a piece of rubbish that comes with it so i swapped to my old roller. the reason i picked that one is cos it has extra pullies that clip to the rings on the roller, which stops the rope hanging so low. on the pessoa they always looked like they could easily tangle in the horses legs!
