Gerard Pernoose/Pernuse?

I don't know how to spell his surname and it might be that his son does it now (I don't know his name), but I know that he trains Andalusian horses for films and I think jousting. I was given his name by my RI's husband as she knows I am looking to get one. He told me that he sometimes sells some of his horses and I am really interested in finding out more.

So , if anyone know who I am talking about, can they point me in the right direction?

Oh Yay!!!! I am so utterly desperate for an Andalusian, I just know they are the right horse for me!

Thank you, thank you!!! Sadley it won't be til next year as I need to 'gather my finances' but I really want to know what sort of money I'll be needing and where to get one. I have emailed North Farm in Wiltshire see what they have there...

Now I am REALLY excited!!!
 
Best of luck! Might be worth sweet talking him now as he once was possibly going to offer me a loan over winter. I said no as I had 4 horses at the time to be working as I only did the stunt stuff part time. If you are near him ask to go and have a look at the stud. It's a brilliant place.
 
What I would do is give him a call and see how the land lies. I worked for him almost 8/9 years ago and things might have changed but nothing ventured nothing gained! Ask if you can have a look around or failing that go to one of the events...He usually has a Halloween event.
Go on there is nothing to lose and the wordt that can be said is no.....Will give you an idea though!
 
Just been reading the posts about you looking for an Iberian....
Might be of interest but I have a six year old Lusitano gelding I am looking for a loan home for .... must be someone really keen on Iberians.Lovely boy!!
