me but i didnt have a horse at the time, sorry i cant help more, but i was really sore for 2 weeks after so i cant imagine riding before that. It also depends on if you have it above or below the muscle, as below is more painful in my experience !
I had one. I may be weird here but it was pain free. I'd rather do that again than have a tooth out
My implants went infront of the muscle. If you don't have any tissue to start with they will go behind the muscle which I believe is a slightly more painful recovery.
Pain wise I could have ridden the next day, being sensible you need to give your body a few weeks to recover. Last thing you want to do is mess them up.
I'd just speak to your surgeon for advise and explain that you use your arms a lot when riding. I know I wasn't suppose to wash my own hair for a certain amount of time as you're not suppose to lift your arms above your head.
me! i was riding after 2 weeks but was told not to for 6.....naughty! I was in a lot of pain to start with, i went with BUPA and was glad i paid the extra as their aftercare was brilliant.
Yes- 1st one i couldnt move atall for weeks so was about 6/7wks before i could ride again but 2nd boob job (went smaller) totally different and was back in the saddle in under a week!
Invest in a very good supportive sports bra to keep your new boobs in the right place and never ride or jog without it!!
Ok I have a question or two.
Relative had the first silicone boob job in UK and she told me on a cold day the boob can feel cold? I have never asked anyone this before since. I know they have improved since then. Hers is silicone. They offered to Tattoo a nipple on but she never went for that it was post masectomy. But brilliant as she had the false cup things so to wear a swimming costume with implants was nice. She was told not to knock it ie on the commute to work in London or she would have to have it taken out.(distort it).
Good luck. Relative has had for years & years.
