I have ordered something off these lot (13th Aug), and it has not been recieved.
They have not answered any calls (15 ish) just rings. I have faxed them twice, and emailed twice... nothing.

They looked think a proper company on the website.. im now thinking ive been done??

i am able to do credit checks on anyone at work. there is a equicare limited based in buckinghamshire. bad report

The website looks like its a decent company, just peeved off now.
 
I haven't bought anything off this company but I did recently from www.coldraequestrian.co.uk and never received anything. I have called them with numbers I found on the internet (even though there were none on their website - very stange I now think) and emailed them too but no luck. Because I paid by Paypal, I have opened a dispute but doubt anything will come of it. How did you pay? If by credit card can you claim on the insurance that comes with the credit card?

Luckily the item I wanted was only £30 so I haven't lost too much but I'm still very peeved.

Maybe we should start a post with the names and website links for all companies that don't send the goods so that we can warn HHOers!

Yes i think thats a good idea, name and shame i say!

My order is for £42, so not too bad, but still my money. I paid by paypal, so that is my next move.

Its shocking really, you trust these people to send the goods.
 
They may not be actually registered if they are a small company. I am only just getting round to registering my company (and we are bona fide!). However, from looking at their website I think they have just used an "off the shelf" website design package and they don't look very professional. From what the OP says they aren't acting professionally either so one to avoid I would say.
