Has anyone sed a Hippus bit?

Hi

If you have used a hippus bit, please can you give me more infomation about it, what is does for your horse and your opinion on them. And is the hippus website the best place to buy one?

Hi,

I've used a Hippus bit on 2 x different horses and found it really good.

I used it on horses who were fussy in the contact and it really quiets down their mouths very well.
I had tried so many permutations with the first horse- single joint, double joint, full cheeks, rubber, nathe, loose ring, sweet iron, KK, NS etc etc and the Hippus was the one that did the trick.

When I had a second fussy horse, I tried a few bits I owned and then bought another Hippus and it was another success story

Have found they are very good for horses who back off the contact or try to sit behind the bit.
