I would like to buy a new show jacket from one of these retailers. I've never ordered from them before and am concerned that the jacket will take months to deliver. Does anyone know how fast they deliver? Also, are their returns policies ok in case the jacket does not fit (can't find one locally to try)?

I bought a Pikeur Epsom jacket from Panache Equestrian last month. They didn't have my size in stock but they got one from Germany for me in about a week and sent it next day delivery. The jacket was really lovely and the lady I spoke to at Panache was really helpful in helping me get the right size. She did say that some jackets can take ages if the are not in stock because they have to be manufactured.
 
I ordered a hat from Amira Equi and heard nothing from them for weeks. When I eventually phoned them they told me they were waiting for stock from France. IMO it should have been them who should have contacted me to explain the delay. They were fine about the refund though.
