As the title really has anyone used Novosail to clean and reproof their turnouts? If so were they any good? Happy to have good and bad feedback before sending all mine off to them....

Yes and not a good experience - they were very slow in getting them back ended up waiting weeks - excuse after excuse as to when they were being delivered. The results were also varied - some were really clean and reproofed properly others not so clean and definitely not refproofed - the repairs were awful :mad3: - they took weeks extra and half came back without the repairs being done despite detailed instructions:mad3:

Shame because we were sending 50+ rugs to them so it was a huge saving but just not worth it when taking the poor service into account and either having to send repairs back - more waiting - or finding someone else to do them :(

Have gone back to original rug cleaners who although more expensive do a better job.

Ditto everything slinkyunicorn said. Took weeks and weeks and weeks, quality was distinctly hit and miss, argued the toss over the substandard ones then took ages to get them out and back once they agreed to. This was two years ago and IIRC was supposed to be to do with them having teething troubles on expanding into the equestrian market, but I wouldn't touch them again with a bargepole.
