Has anyone used the British showjumping team vet Robrecht Cnockaert ..??? He is coming up our area and a friend is thinking on getting her mares hocks looked at, just wondered if anyone had used him.

Not personaly but I know an eventer (whos opinion I respect.)
They rate him highly and will only use him for any major or lameness issues.
I also know someone else who went with lameness issues. He very quickly and convincingly pinpointed the problem

A friend won't use anyone else - he's meant to be fantastic.

yes, he did bruce's hocks.................he is fab, really nice guy, would def reccomend.

Yes - can came to vet one of our horses for a client last week. He was great. Highly reccommended! (He passed our horse with flying colours

How bad are your friends horses hocks ie whats her age history etc. As my mare is a bit stiff behind and Ive had my vet take a loook. Im wondering at what level do these specialists become worth calling in for advice??

Horse is 15 jumping 1.10 classes easy wants to go to 1.20 but keeps taking poles down with back feet, when she takes off you can see she not getting her hocks right under her and few folks of said getting her hocks done would make her more comfortable to do 1.20 classes.

£600 for xrays, and then 1 x HA and 1 x steroid in to each hock.

not personally but its who my trainer uses. if i had a leg/lameness issue i would go to him without question

Prince sparkle, is that the cost with this vet..??we were told £300 approx, how much were you in total for treatment
