My cream has come through from Leahurst and it is Zorac... has anyone used this for the treatment of sarcoids?

She has to have it on twice a day for 7 days, then once a day for 7 further days and finally a rest period of 7 days following this.

I am also feeding her Thuja tablets (5 days on, 10 days off) to give her the best possible help

No idea of the name of the cream my vet used on my horse but it did come Leahurst.
Prob totally un-apropriate anyway.
My horses had a massive cancer - Basal Cell tumour.
It did not respond to any treartment so the cream was tried.
It did work fast. It realy made a huge difference but being a very aggressive form of cancer the tumour kept growing even bigger.
Do know of horses that have had the same cream as my horse used on sarcoids - unbeleivable results! Sarcoids totally gone and have not returned.
Lethal cream!
Best of luck.
Please do not take my horses tumour as similar to sarcoid - it was just something to try!

Thanks... it is not the liverpool cream usually used on sarcoids because of where it is. It is right above her eye and the liverpool cream would have been too aggressive I think.

I can apply this cream myself with a glove.

Eeek... looks as though if you use it on Psoriasis it can lead to higher fertility

On my leaflet it says do not use if pregnant.

I have used it this morning for the first time... I don't know whether anyone would be interested but Leahurst want photos before the treatment, after 7 days, after 14 days and after 21 days. So I will post them on here too

I used this cream last spring prior to my horse having injections into the sarcoid next to his eye (looked like a red smartie!)
Fingers crossed - you can see no trace of the Sarcoid at the moment (10 months later). Be prepared for the hair to appear burned away and for swelling in the area. My horse looked far worse once the cream started and I felt so awful applying it as it obviously caused discomfort. However it was really effective and his coat regrew - unless you stare really intently (as I still do daily!) you would never know anything had been there - or the number of hours I spent worrying about it!
