heard from (i think the girls name was Jade) her horse was called Lady?

She posted a while ago for help for her little mare, I was wondering the other day if anyone knew how they were getting on?
 
Yeah somone posted the same last week which she replied on...seems to be getting on fine and put on weight, sorted out lice and stuff.
Anywho, I'll let Jadey post if she wants to as it's not really my business :)

Hiya, I'm still here. :) Ladylou is getting there and progressing gradually. New grass is coming through which can only be a bonus! I checked out the lice comment one member made and it turned out she did have some, so vet sorted out some treatment to get rid of them so that's now all sorted and she's picking up weight again.
She's not done any work really, just been stood munching, but going to start working her gently again from tomorrow hopefully...nothing major, maybe just a few mins on the lunge :)
Tbh, im not looking forward for the big WE'RE BACKK post :/ too scared of what people would say after my last thread :(
this was her about 3 weeks ago :D Bit Scruffy and Fluffy after her bath :p

Much definate improvement for being a couple of weeks after the original post! She looks rather happy in that pic, amazing what a difference spring grass and a bit of sun makes. Like you said, still more to go but definately in the right direction. Well done you :)
 
Awwwwww she is looking much better, WELL DONE YOU for taking responsibilty and seeing that she had a problem, there are too many people out there that dont see it and are too proud to take advice you have done both SO GOOD ON YA HUN XXXXXXXXX
 
Total respect to you, you had a very hard time on here, but you have taken things on board, rather than getting defensive and have done the best for your mare you have shown great maturity.

I look forward to your posts with her in the future, she certainly looks a different girl now and very happy and content, I really hope you are proud of yourself and of course her.

Don't be scared hold your head up and be proud of what you've achieved, i never posted on the "original discussion" (if you want to call it that) but read it all and, as someone else has said on this discussion, you took a lot of flack and dealt with it in the right way, that shows in the way Lady is looking now.

Be Proud of yourself :)

Aww Hehe thank you :) well seeing as people are being nice then ill hopefully post soon after she improves a bit more :D x
 
Well done you! She is starting to look almost like a different horse!
The changes you have made appear to be the right ones, so keep it up and keep posting pictures so we can all see how well you have both done!
