Has Scottish Equestrian Been Taken Over By Petplan ?

Does anybody know if they have ?, i've been insured with Scottish Equestrian for a number of years but phoned today to have my foal added to mares policy and the phone was answered "Petplan Equestrian" I double checked I had the right number and yes it was but after discussing foal being added to policy forgot to ask lady if they were now part of Petplan.

Yup, Petplan took over a couple of years ago, I've been with SEIS for 7 years.

Odd, I phoned them today and they definitely said Scottish Equestrian.
They have the same underwriters as Petplan, Allianz, but they still have their own number & offices I think.

I actually rang the usual Scottish Equestrian number that I always use but they deffo answered "Petplan Equestrian". Have to call back tomorrow will see what they answer as then.
