If he has to chew something, he just won't bother eating it!! He's not bad with bones but if hes on quite abit of actual meat due to being so energetic and getting skinny but he can't be bothered to chew the meat. If he cant swallow it whole then he will more than happily leave it.
 
Sorry, more of a statement. I'm on my phone and seem to just ramble a little.
Teeth are fine, he's got all his big boy teeth now. I think he just gets frustrated with how long it takes to get a bite size chunk out of something like a chicken breast
