Excellant stuff a BE80 training class just round the corner from my neck of the woods at Frickley Park, can't wait.

It won't be far for me either - is it a nice terrain etc - do you know Frickley Park?

See that a new event has popped up in West Yorkshire just "down the road" from Hutton on the same weekend, with similar classes.

It is a shame that both are on the same day, but Hutton is a much longer journey for me..

There seem to be a lot of 80s this year - which is good for me coming back from two years of not jumping due to my injury with one horse and also for hubby's youngster. We are all a long way from eventing at the moment yet! A lot of fitness and work to be done.. Its nice to at least know that I might get some in this year, rather than know I'd be in a sling all summer at this time last year!

bit off topic but where did Bickenhall go?!?!? Was one of my favourites, on the bigger side but was brilliant. Really sad about that one

Where did Smith's Lawn go??? Oh dear!

Think I read in Eventing mag that they were having issues with the general public in the park, plus areas of the course being in the parkland. It was certainly a location issue methinks (that's if they have stopped running it)
