I think some of the Gatehouse hats do, the older ones certainly did.

just recently bought a Gatehouse jockey skull-the RXC1 one-has a washable liner plus you can buy replacement ones. First riding hat I've ever loved as it also doent make my head look ginormous!

I have a gatehouse chelsea which I bought just because of the removeable liner. I actually don't like the look of the hat much, I'm a bit old fangled and like my traditional velvets 
but the liner thing works well.

I love my Kask dogma. Super lightweight and has a removable liner, although additional liners are pretty expensive.

KEP, have two now, both normal and winter liners wash well.

I've got the Charles Owen V8 and bought 2 extra liners for it. Also the Charles Owen Pro II Plus skull, I've not found any spare liners for that one yet!
Didn't realise the Ayrbrush had removable liners, too. I was interested in that one but decided on the V8 instead.

I've got a velvet Uvex Suxxeed Luxury recently which has a removable liner. I love it! I had tried on some Samshields, which all have removable liners.
