I have bought loads of stuff from Farmcare UK, never clippers though. All my stuf has been electric fencing wire. tape etc & their service has been extremely good & reliable. They sell loads through Ebay. I wouldn't hesitate buying clippers from them.

Used this company for elec fencing too - they gave very good / speedy service. Hauptner clippers are a good make too so you should be very satisfied with your purchase ;-)!

ditto 'wind' etc. they are just up the road from me have used them loads of times for fencing, clipper blades etc. very helpful. I have Hauptner 2000 clippers, I have had them about 3 years and they replaced my old Hauptners that died after 20 years (yes really 20 years!) quite heavy as were the old ones and hair blows back in your face when you do under the tummy! But very solid and reliable.

You might want to have a look at the New Model (3000) as they have rave reviews and i think it was Farmcare that have them on ebay at £235 which I think is very reasonable..

Nick is really good I brought a set of Hauptners off him last year in addition to the ones I brought in 2001 so that I can clip my horses quicker, he is efficient and helpful. I have 2 sets of Hauptners now and its so much quicker when you have more than one horse to clip and I take everything off, they are light and quiet and you can get extra fine blades as well which means that you don't have to clip so many times as they clip closer to the skin. I always had Lister's before these and would never go back.

Don't know the shop but those clippers are wonderful! I've had mine for 9years and they are worked HARD every winter and ive never had a problem with them!
