When you say your boys, do you mean your children or taking your horses with you? Not heard of those two but if you're in Pembrokeshire, Nolton riding stables is pretty good. They have something for everyone, the horses are all well looked after and the place was immaculate. The accommodated me as a capable rider and my 17 stone ex rugby playing complete novice OH. When we arrived, they took one look at him and one said to the other "fetch Skiver" I'm used to big horses as mine are 16.3 and 17hh hunter types but this thing was ENORMOUS! You could see how he got his name too, he was the slowest laziest horse I've ever met! They were really good in making things more exciting for me - telling me where to hang back for a canter to catch up etc and giving him a bit of a lesson.
If you're talking about taking your horses with you I can highly recommend Pilton Moor riding stables on Gower. Not quite the same area but just as beautiful and lovely riding.
Croswell is lovely. Took my niece there last year, and also my sister in law. They have some super ponies - and horses to suit a range of experience. As well as the school they have some lovely hacking routes.
