I'm just wondering if anyone has got or ever had Just Togs Amazonas long riding boots and if so whether they know for sure if they are leather or not. I have just acquired a pair believing them to be leather but it doesn't actually specify anywhere on them that they are. One of them needs a new zip but when I took them into my tack shop they weren't sure they were leather and I don't want to spend out on a new zip if they're just a good imitation. I've googled but can't find them anywhere nor are they on the just togs website but that might just be because they are an old design. Any info gratefully received.
 
Thank you for that. No, sadly they're not. I saw those and mine have got mock laces on the front.They're made in Brazil and have AMAZONAS Super Comfort on the heel as well as Just Togs rubber label moulded onto the rubber sole.
 
That's a good idea. I don't know why that didn't occur to me. Feel a bit stupid now as I guess that's the most obvious and easiest way to find out. Thank you for suggesting it.
