Have I red this ad right

It's been injured and is only just coming back to work and goes completely mad when turned out - to the point of jumping out so is a danger to herself and others !

£1 seems a fair price in the current climate. Genuine field hoppers are a nightmare.

I imagine it would be difficult to get the price wrong in two places :o

:( Such a shame, if I had the time and the land i'd snap so many of these horses up!

I think its one of those situations where a sale is needed, and a £1 nominal sum makes it a sale, rather than a loan/free to good home situations where there is the possibility where it could be returned? tbh its a nice looking horse, with experience of BE100, jumping 1m +, its the sort of thing i'd probably be interested in if my yard wasnt full. The jumping out issue I could deal with, but the 'vet advises against xc' bit would concern me, is it due to injury or lacking of sound mind??

I've bought a horse for £1 in the past - only reason 'cash' passed hands was to make it a legal sale. We had a contract which stated that if I ever needed/wanted to sell in the future, last owner would get first refusal, which he did.
