Have just clipped my horse and last years rugs dont fit

They seem tight over his neck and shoulder, although the length is ok. How can I find new ones that fit , he is a cob and has broadened out now he is 6.

Would something like this be of any use? Don't know how well they would work on a T/O but worked well on a stable rug of a wide chested cob I used to share.

Can you squeeze him in to something until you can get another rug as it's meant to go below zero at nights this week.
What size do you need? Could you borrow something off someone until you can get something that fits?
I can recommend a Mark Todd for the wider chests?

Yes have put a wool rug on him last night and can squeeze him into something he wont freeze but I just want to get something that fits well , thinking of trying the big horse shop.

My 14.3 cob is a very chunky girl, everything is size large on her, made to measure bridle as nothing fitted and she has a 6.5 bit. She has a 6ft 6 amigo.
