Have you had a horse on box rest?

Hi there,
I'm trying to gather data for some research I'm doing with the University of Bristol into the effect of box rest on horse welfare. If you have had a horse on box rest and could spare a minute to fill in my survey it would be so appreciated

Have completed two forms one for a very happy cob who would love to be stabled all winter and the other for a brain damaged shetland who wont go into the stable without his friend or even eat out of a separate bucked, not very helpful when feeding painkillers or antibiotics

Arghhh, I've just attempted it and I can't send it. There are no suitable options for Q4 and 28 and I can't leave them out.

You really need an 'other' option for Q4 and it was interesting trying to work out what to put for the exercise enjoyment level for a yearling.

Yes, I think the OP hadn't considered that youngstock might require box rest when they set up the survey.

ETA - I put companion/retired for Q4 (it was the best of a bad bunch) and 8 for the exercise one as she really liked being led about in hand and seeing the world.
