Mine is rugged up, Just a fleece rug though nothing heavy, He doesnt go out over night either hes in left stabled. He dont have rug on in the day though.

My old mare is rugged up,also most of her winter coat is comeing through.

My girl has had her l/w on for most of the 'summer', there have only been a couple of nights that she has not had a rug on. During the day if its dry she will be naked but not if its raining. She feels the cold and is cold to the touch when she gets wet and she shivers physically all over. She got a chill last year at the beginning of winter and I'm not taking the chance that she gets one again.

Out of 5 horses at the yard only one (a cob) has been naked all summer. I thought that August was going to be nice??? We have not had a summer at all this year
