Have you seen this i hate bees and wasps.

My friend was attacked recently as she stopped to try to remove a small branch that had come down off a tree and was laying across the road blocking her path. She got out of the car and unknown to her there had been a bees nest in the tree and were pretty irate and went for her !
She has long hair and they all got caught up in it, luckily a man and his son who live nearby heard her shouting and came to her aid, she did get stung a few times though.
I have been attacked by a wasps nest, I was brush cutting a cross country course on a nearby livery yard in the woods on their land as a favour and I went straight into a nest of wasps in the stinging nettles. I couldn't see or hear them due to having all my goggles, ear defenders etc on. I got stung on the wrist, that's what brought them to my attention and I managed to leg it and clear a 3 foot barbed wire fence still witha 6 foot brush cutter attached merrily buzzing away!
I looked down my tee shirt and I had loads of wasps crawling up my chest!
I can tell you it hurts like hell when you get stung a few times in one nipple!
I started stripping off much to the amusement of the girls on their horses just off out for a hack standing in the yard!
I had hardly any clothes on by the time I jumped into my Jeep for safety!
NOT a nice experience I can tell you, for me or the girls witnessing bare flesh!
Then some bright spark told me vinegar is good for stings as it relieves the itching so I then stank like a fish and chip shop for days afterwards!

Oz...LOL...but ouch!!

Similar happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I was walking the dogs in the local park at 6 am and a wasp flew up my t shirt and stung me twice in my armpit. It was agony, I had to strip my t shirt off and do the 'get this insect off me it's killing me' dance'...much to the amusement of a couple of passing lorry drivers. Mad woman in jeans and bra doing insane hoppy dance by the side of the road, must have made their day.

All pretty horiffic,

but you cant blame bees and wasps for being what they are, they dont have a personal vendetta against us, and as we take more and more of their habitat plus more humans going into the shrinking counryside, we will come into contact more and more like urban foxes and squirrels, only a few weeks ago a rambler on his own was attacked and had to be airlifted as there was no way to get an ambulance to him, this was in Derbyshire countryside, it sounded horrendous

If Bees and Wasps weren't on the earth, there would be no way of pollenating the plants, which would mean nothing would grow and humans would die within about four years. Don't disturb them, move them, do stupid things and if they come towards you, stand still and don't move! Don't flap your arms, run around and scream, this will just make it worse! Bees and Wasps are vital for earth and for human life. They have every right to be cross when us humans disturb them or keep them in captivity, they're wild creatures so we should leave them be. If we don't bother them, they won't bother us.

Rant over
