A real pity our justice system can't take a few leaves out of their book, then we wouldn't have a lot of the paedophiles, murderers etc., currently doing the rounds ...

Agreed.I am married to an american (currently seperated) but lived in USA for 8 years and they certainly don't take lightly to sex offenders,child abusers etc. Our country needs to take notice and follow suit.

Colorado would do the parenting thing.(lived in Colorado for 8 years).Each state in the USA have their own rules.
