Haven't ridden for 8 days!

Hi guys, a bit of advice needed really.
I haven't managed to ride my girl out for 8 days due to weather and work.
My question is do i need to take it easy and just walk or do i carry on as normal?
Am planning on going for a ride this afternoon before the monsters get in from school?

Make sure you take plenty of time to warm up and you should be fine. Just don't ask for too much for the first couple of days
