Having fun getting ready for Drifter

Ooh I am having such fun tonite going through my horsey kit digging out my horsey travel gear. I am taking my lovely long travel boots but just in case he is shocked that I expect him to wear protective boots to travel I am taking all my Gamgee and bandages.

Unfortunatly at some indiscernable point since Gulliver went off in May someone has broken into my house and the only thing they stole was my green headcollar.

Do you think it could be the same person who breaks in and steals the last chocolate biscuit!!

One Grey cloud on our Horizon OH came home at lunchtime he's redundant what a dog poo world it is every time you have a bit of fun something spoils it!!

I am perfectly calm cool and collected about it although for some reason last night I felt it necessary to sleep on the sofa
( or maybe not sleep) we are collecting him at 11.30 is and its about an hour and 15 each way.

Once I get him home task one is to see if my Albion fits him (but only if he has travelled well.

Task Two is to teach him the joy of polos and Apples. He is one of those Irish blokes who doesnt understand treats and cuddles oh my gosh perhaps I should buy him guinness!!

Part of me is so excited as I believe he is going to be a bit special and part of me thinks I may have rose-tinted glasses and not noticed the fact that one leg is shorter than the other and he only has one eye.

Todays Shopping NAF Pink Powder, Echinacea, Garlic Granules, Horse Treats and Fly Repellant!!

Re your headcollar...I think the headcollar thief drops them off in my cellar!!! I got 15 headcollars out of there a few weeks ago...I don't think I've had that many horses!!
