Hi all,
I bought a horse who had been in shoes pretty much all his life without a break, he tripped a lot when ridden and his feet didn't look great so I had his shoes taken off.
the tripping stopped straight away and the shoes have been off nearly 5months now, his feet are looking a lot better (at least I like to think they are).
It has now got to a stage where he is needing shoes back on, I have him on a barefoot diet and he is now out 24/7 for the summer. I was just looking for help as to how I can help keep his feet in good condition while shod for the summer and then he can have them off again through the winter.
