having MAJOR problems. help please?

so on the 16th of August I ordered a prolite pad and woof hind ultra boots.

from old mill saddlery.


I STILL HAVENT GOT THEM!!!!!

they keep telling me that they will get them on tuesday and that i will have the stuff by thursday. that was tuesday last week!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I rang them earlier and they hung up on me. I emailed them several times, and to my most recent one i havent got a reply!!!!!!!!! They keep saying that they are coming, but they have yet to get to my house.

what can i do? any help with my situation?

Phone your credit card company and file a chargeback then you'll get your money back

Have you tried asking for Robert? and see what he can do? pretty sure he's still very involved with teh saddlery side. Although will be p2p /racing at the weekends... dont' know if it will help much. But has always been spot on and sorted any problems i've had - although i wasn't too far away to just pop in :S hths

No p2p racing this time of year - not til end November earliest

Send them a "letter before action"...stating that if you don't recieve the goods within 14 days you will persue them through the small claims court, due to them not supplying goods ordered (see trading standards website for your rights as a consumer).Make sure you send it by recorded delivery, so they have to sign for it. This is what your credit card co. will do. They should give you a refund straight away. If the don't legal preoceedings against them will be in the public domain and you will be awarded your court costs as well. It worked for me when trying to get my money back for a very expensive, very crap saddle.
