Hi all,
Ordered a jacket and a rugby shirt from PS Clothing at Blenheim (i.e. 3 or 4 weeks ago?!). Was personalised, but was told would be with me in a week.
Waited two weeks, rang as had heard nothing. Was told that there had been a problem getting the jacket in, but it was sitting in a pile ready to be sent out and would be with me asap.
Just rang again today to be told that the bloke printing the wrong stuff onto the jacket. However, they've not rung me to tell me this?? Or told me there is a problem at all? And when I asked him how long it would take, he hung up....?
Had previously thought they were a really reputable company and have been really disappointed with them. Has anyone else had problems?
