sort of, but not really as the course isn't as set as that.. and its not on a circuit as such...
also a lot of the horses are racers/P to Pers and it is used as a way to get them out practicing jumping some big hedges, also a bit of fun for both horse and jockey. but anyone can enter (over 16) on any horse.
