Hi all,
Just wondered if any of you might know of anyone selling large or small hay and haylage bales who delivers to Guildford. Also what their minimum order and prices are.
Help greatly appreciated!

Fosburys delivers - they are just outside Guildford. I think they charge about £7 per small bale. Dairy farm is guildford based and delivers - Nigel charges £6 per small bale. I think you have to collect yourself from Rokers and the last time I looked they were £6 a bale too. Simon at Elm Farm will deliver - but charges a wacking £8 a small bale. he's london side of guildford and so may not go south. I don't get large bales so have no feeling for the prices there I'm afraid.

If you need a phone number PM me.

You could try Bonhurst Farm, I think they're out Bramley way, they charge £35 for a large round bale of haylage, but they only deliver a minimum of 3 bales at a time. I think their hay bales are about £40?

Byhurst farm in Chessington are very good, i used them until very recently, and only changed because i got a load of hay from the guy who makes hay off the estate where i keep my horse. Byhurst will deliver and don't have a huge minimum order (i think 10 bales/items last time i asked)

John gunner is in wood street Guildford selling small bales for about £4. We stocked up on winter hay 2 weeks ago from him and it was good quality. He sells on to rokers. :)
