can everyone in the area of the eastmidlands keep and eye out, note down any car number plates that seem suspicous as in down lanes at odd times of the night and day. it is going to be bad enough for the farming and horse community as it is this year without this happening.
i am just asking people to keep and eye out, not to put them selves in trouble and just let the police know.
if it is the same person then the car reg would be coming up a lot in the area, this is just a thought

as if the farners in this part of the world haven't had a bad enough year with the lack of rain here
