prefer nets or hayracks as the horse would pig out her hay too quickly but the boy has a plasters bath for his hay

I love them if you don't use the floor which is what I usually do now .
The only thing is that Fatty persistently removed them from the walls desperately trying to get every seed out .

Love them. A much more natural feeding position. So much quicker to fill than haynets too.

Fab for all the normal horses...not so good for numpties who throw their hay all over the floor. Mine are all fed adlib from them with no problems (except puzzle who throws his...everywhere)

For those who chuck the hay out, you can either weight it (with a decent sized log for example) or net it and tie the net inside the haybar. Slows them down and keeps that good eating position for head and neck

I love mine, so much quicker than nets
My boy removes all his hay out of it and eats from the floor tho, when I first got it I would go in and put back in the hay bar each time, but I've decided what he does in his spare time is up to him lol I'm just happy that when his stable is ready and his hay bar is filled it looks nice and neat haha, might try tying a net in it, would have to fill the net tho and I bought it to save time...
