Hay bells

Anyone use these? The large ones?

I know they are designed more to cover round bales, but I was wondering how functional they would be for large squares? Obviously not covering the whole bale but would the eating holes be not too faffy to fill and feed a few slices of big bale in?

I've just bought one to use with rounds, but I'd you want specific measurements or photos I can oblige if that helps.

No idea about large squares sorry, they aren't really a thing up here.

We bought them for this winter and I have one in field to try. Its working amazing but you need a round bale net over the bale, otherwise all the hay just falls out the holes.
But so far so good!

I was surprised at how much rain blew in the holes when I tried one.
