Hay fever and Allergies

What do you give your horses with Hayfever and Allergies.

I have 2 of mine coughing have had the vet and he ca not find anything wrong other than maybe Hayfever.

I have used Piriton or any similar hay fever tablets for mine and they seem to help with the symptoms.

I've found some of the Global Herbs products useful, like Pollenex. Also spirulina powder and elevated levels of chondroitin sulphate. Hugely better this year on that combination.

If you feed hay it helps to feed it wet ,I have also used Feedmark Clarity,it worked really well for our horse ,if you ask they will send you a sample so you can be sure your horse will eat it .

Not fed hay at the moment. Have been told to give them some local Honey.

Just to let you know after a long wait I have found "Better Chemist" are supplying Piriton 500s online.
I have put an order in as they say they will deliver next day. Spent far to much on the 60 pack generics.
