hay haylage straw prices

Hi

Over the last month or 2 we have been finding it difficult to get decent haylage so are currently thinking about buying a large quantity straight of the field ready for next year (we currently buy 1 or 2 at a time) probably between 50-100 bales, I was just curious if anyone else does this and what do y pay?

What do you pay off the field in summer as apposed to during winter for the following

Small square hay
Small square haylage
Small square straw

Large round haylage
Large round hay
Large roubd straw etc

It depends on you area, here in Lincs we sell small bale hay off the field for £2 a bale, nicely made for our own horses but we can't store all that we make (and selling a bit helps cover the cost of making ours), people are welcome to come and walk the fields before it's cut to check themselves for weeds.
