Haylage 10kg and 20kg bags

Never heard of haylage in 10kg bags - they must be tiny! 20kg Topscore haylage is now £6 a bag at our local feedstore - was £5.10 last year.

lovely stuff! I get a couple of pallets at a time, if you call them they will give you a price including delivery depending on where you are in the country. If you want the odd bale Pet and Farm Stores have them.

Booboos - how much do you pay for a bale and how many on a pallet (had a quick look at their website but couldn't find details on pricing)?

I pay 6.40 per bale for the High Fibre but that includes delivery to Shropshire. Each pallet is 40 bales and each horse eats 1/3 to 1/2 of a bale a day depending on weather conditions (i.e. with snow 1/2, with a bit of grass out 1/3). It's very, very good quality and I haven't had one 'off' bale in three years.
