Yes, as long as it isn't too rich and your horse isn't laminitic or overweight.

We usually feed it ad lib in the winter, I keep it to a net or so a night at this time of year particularly if theres still a fair amount of grass.

i feed ad lib haylage with no probs and pony in tiptop condition on it.
