Haylage

We buy ours from a local farmer, he does half size bales instead of those mahoosive ones! I'm feeding 3 horses and a bale lasts me 7-10 days depending on whether they are in all day. If you are feeding one geegee you might not use a whole bale up before it goes off, so that's something to consider.
 
Why don't you check with your feed merchant and see what they have in and start narrowing things down that way.
