Has anyone got one? What are they like to ride in? Also, these saddles come with two tree fittings of regular or wide. Are they close contact and what English tree sizes do these equate to? Any help gratefully received.

I've got a HDR jumping saddle and am keeping my eyes peeled for their dressage saddle(s) on Ebay. I love the jumping saddle, it's the most comfortable saddle I have ever ridden in. My jumping saddle is close contact and have been told the dressage saddles are the same, but not sure about that.
The only thing I don't like is the colour!!

Don't know about the Rivella dressage, but I have the Rivella jumping saddle and it's quite good. Unless you have a horse with a table for a back, you most likely won't need the wide tree.

I tried a second hand one, loved it and would have had it in a second but it was slightly too narrow for my mare. I did try to find out where you could get them from new but no success. Plenty of jumping ones around but the dressage ones seem to be difficult to get hold of. Tried saddles direct but they said they only deal with the jumping ones.

Tahnks for the replies you guys. My mare is currently in a med-wide tree, she is IDxTB so based on the jumping saddles you tried on your horses would you go for regulay or wide?

My mare is normally a medium and the saddle I tried was too narrow which was probably the regular tree.

I'd go with the medium tree - mine is a wide and I used to use it on very broad Morgans and Friesians.
