He might be gone this weekend

Ok following on from my drama in having to sell one of my two horses to buy a house. My Gelding is up for sale and I have someone coming to see him on Sunday. I feel sick. Totally totally sick.

I hope they don't like him - I know they will though. He's beautiful.

I have never been in this situation before - how do you cope with letting them go?

It will be very hard but you have to remember the reasons why your doing it and its down to you who you sell him to, someone out there could be everything your horse could wish for and they too could give him a wonderful home and have a good partnership etc and you can always stay in touch.

Try to to remember 9 times out of 10 the good uns always end up in good homes.
