It's that awful time of year again and my poor cob is plagued by the pain that is head shaking. It's helped with a full face mask but obviously you can't wear that in a dressage test! Does anyone have any experience with how much head shaking may affect dressage scores? She schools beautifully and despite the head shaking, she is relaxed, soft and forward. I've entered a few tests over the next few weeks and am keeping my fingers crossed for grey, cloudy days but would be grateful if anyone is a judge or has written for a judge who knows how head shaking may impact the scores that a test is awarded.

Thank you :)

You can get dressage legal nose nets and face masks. Check the rules to see whether you need a vet certificate or not.
