Head Shaking or something else??

Over the last couple of weeks my yearling has started to head shake at first I thought maybe she had been stung as we have lots of those strange looking caterpillars in the hedges so I have changed fields. She is worse in the stable when she's trying to eat her feed. The vet has been out twice and is coming back to scope her. Has anybody else had this problem??

I had this problem with my mare and it turned out that she had a pollen allergy hence why this occurs in the spring/summer months when the pollen is out, once I put a allery net on her it reduced dramatically. I bought my pollen net of the internet - ride away site they only cost about £10 so might be worth giving it a go.
