head shaking

I am a big believer of, there is a reason why a horse does these things.
Have you had teeth, back and saddle etc all checked by professionals?
Could it possibly be your bit?

Have you tried using a nose net? I use the Equilibrium nose nets from about April - October. I bought them, thinking they probably wouldn't have much effect but have found they are brilliant and my pony's head shaking has now almost completely stopped!

has anyone tried naf shake relief and found it useful...if not what have you tried

Friend has just put a horse on it - only this week, so not sure that it works, but the horse does seem to have stopped. However, this is a new horse to us, and she snatches as well as shakes, and hasn't stopped snatching, but we don't know her well enough yet to know whether the two are connected or not.

we have had him for a few months and started coughing soon after...always lived out in the past...was treated for infection which seemed to help but was also turned out 24/7...but now coughs and pulls at reins when ridden also suffers from heaves...put him on shake stuff and brought a nose net for ridden work yesterday was the best ride we have had on him...still had very small cough but blew trough after which he doesnt do normally...much quiter in the mouth as well...vet thinks he has very bad hayfever...and i know how he feels!!!
But he can't come in because of stable and indoor school dust...and pollen outside...real catch 22..back teeth saddle all checked when we got him..only in french link snaffle

a nose net or hard work where she's consentrating so hard on what i'm asking she doesn't think to headshake works with my mare :)
and yup - everything checked ;) she's fine in winter - just bad on summer days with lots of flies - they are the cause
