Hey, just wandering if anybody can help me or suggest an exercise to help the problem i have been having whilst schooling.
My horse will throw her head up a bit when i ask for canter from a trot, sometimes it isnt noticeable, sometimes it is. But at a show when my nerves are terrible and im pretty much getting on my poor horses last nerve she will do it in her individual show. Quite obviously as well, very resistant.
She doesn't do it (or at least 99 times out of 100) when doing a walk to canter transition, in these she really rounds her back.
Back, teeth and saddle all up to date and fine.
Any advise much appreciated.
